CinemaChile is the international promotion agency of the Chilean audiovisual industry, where cinema, television, fiction, documentary, animation, and virtual reality are our raw materials. Our mission is to present them to the world under the already renowned umbrella of CinemaChile.

The Cultural and Creative Industries Development Agency (CCIDA), established in 2009 as Create Hong Kong, leads creative industry development. On June 14, 2024, it was restructured to enhance support for arts, culture and creative sectors, promoting Hong Kong’s film, advertising, design, and more globally. The Hong Kong Film Development Council (HKFDC), set up in 2007, aligns policies with sustainable growth. The Film Development Fund (FDF), since 1999, has received $2.9 billion to support talent, production, audience development and market growth.

The Film Development Council of the Philippines (FDCP) is the national agency responsible for formulating film policies and programs that promote the economic, cultural, and educational development of the Philippine film industry. The agency offers co-production incentive, cash rebate, and production logistics support to international film and audiovisual projects in the Philippines.

The FFA is Germany’s national film funding institution and central service structure for the German film industry. Supporting all interests of German cinema, the FFA funds feature films at all stages of production and exploitation as well as cinemas and industry projects. Together with European partners the FFA supports the development of cross-border projects and co-productions.

Film Fund Luxembourg’s mission is to promote and support the audiovisual sector in Luxembourg. It aims to encourage the creation and production of works that highlight the country’s cultural and artistic diversity and international ambition while contributing to a distinct Luxembourg cinematic identity and heritage. The Fund – a public body – supports a variety of projects across all genres and formats, including feature films, animated content, TV series, transmedia projects and XR.

The Singapore Film Commission (SFC), part of the Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA), is charged with developing Singapore’s film industry and nurturing film talent. Since 1998, the SFC has supported more than 800 short films, scripts, feature films, as well as film-related events in Singapore that showcase homegrown talent and works.

JAFF MARKET, established in 2024, has quickly become one the most important film & content markets in Asia – attracting 6,732 participants from 19 countries in its first year. It serves as the platform for the booming Indonesian film industry and a central hub for film professionals, content creators, investors, buyers, film institutions, media and all stakeholders within a unified ecosystem. The 2nd edition of JAFF MARKET will be held from 29 Nov through 1 Dec, 2025 in the city of Yogyakarta.

The Netherlands Film Fund is the national agency responsible for supporting film production and film related activities in the Netherlands. The Fund also runs the Film Production Incentive, and is the home of the Netherlands Film Commission.

The Taiwan Creative Content Agency (TAICCA) provides services across Funding and Investment, Global Marketing, Content Incubation, Story and IP Development, Talent Cultivation, and Market Insights to audiovisual and digital content, music, performing art, publishing, ACG, and more.
Every November, TAICCA hosts Taiwan Creative Content Fest (TCCF) features PITCHING, MARKET, and FORUMS, aiming to establish global platform, discover compelling stories, foster collaboration and business opportunities.

As a Partner of Choice, Telefilm Canada is a Crown corporation dedicated to the success of the Canadian audiovisual industry, fostering access and excellence through programming that supports cultural resonance and audience engagement. Telefilm supports dynamic companies and creative talent at home and around the world, always with an eye to equity, inclusion and sustainability. In addition, it makes recommendations to the Department of Canadian Heritage regarding the certification of treaty audiovisual co-productions, and administers the programs of the Canada Media Fund.

THACCA (Thailand Creative Culture Agency) is a newly formed organization in Thailand with the order of the Office of the Prime Minister to appoint the National Soft Power Strategy Committtee. THACCA oversees strategic collaboration between the government and private sectors to create income opportunities for Thai people by using its cultural industries as powerful tool. THACCA’s branch in film and series industry works on supporting Thai film and series industry through film and series fund and other supports.

VIPO is a non-profit organization established in 2005 having Japanese leading content company members to implement government policies and undertake subsidy projects from the ministries. We support our content industry (films, anime, broadcasting, games, music, and publishing) mainly in the areas of Talents Development and Market Development, to make the industry internationally competitive and to contribute to the growth of both domestic and international market.
